VYBE is an AI dating assistant and coaching tool. You chat with an AI wingman that helps you understand dating situations, write better messages, improve your dating profile and plan dates.

VYBE is not a dating, matching or introduction service. We do not connect you with other members, we do not host a member database, and we do not arrange meetings between real people. Any profiles you see inside the app are fictional demo profiles used for coaching and practice only.

VYBE discusses dating and relationships, so it is only for people aged 17 and over (or older where your country requires it). When you first open the app we ask for your date of birth once. If the date you give is under 17, access is blocked. We do not ask for an ID document, because no feature of VYBE requires document-level verification.

If we have reason to believe an account belongs to someone under the minimum age, we may suspend or delete it.

VYBE never generates or facilitates explicit sexual content, sexual or suggestive content involving minors, exploitation, harassment or other prohibited content. The assistant is instructed to decline such requests, and requesting them is a breach of these terms.

You can report any AI reply that you think breaks these rules using the Report link shown under every assistant message. We review reports and may restrict accounts that repeatedly request prohibited content.

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the activity on your account. Provide accurate information, and do not share your account with anyone else.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time under Settings → Delete account.

Replies, scores, profile feedback and date ideas are generated by AI models. They are suggestions for entertainment and self-improvement, not professional, psychological, medical or legal advice. Compatibility and readiness percentages are AI estimates, not scientific assessments, and we cannot know what another person thinks or feels.

AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Always use your own judgement before acting on it. You are responsible for the messages you choose to send.

To answer you, the content you send — your messages and any screenshots or photos you upload — is transmitted to third-party AI model providers through our secure server. They process it only to return a response and never receive your login credentials or payment details. Your private chats are not sold and are not used to train our own models. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use VYBE to:

• generate or request sexually explicit, pornographic or fetish content;
• involve anyone under 18 in any romantic, sexual or suggestive context;
• harass, threaten, stalk, blackmail, deceive, coerce or pressure another person;
• impersonate someone else or create deceptive dating profiles;
• upload images or conversations of other people where you have no right to share them;
• break the law, or the rules of any dating platform you use;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, safety filters or security measures.

We may refuse a request, limit a feature or suspend an account that breaches these rules. The assistant is also instructed to decline such requests.

VYBE works on credits: 1 credit = 1 AI message. The free plan includes 25 credits per month. Paid plans (Wingman €4.99/month, Pro €14.99/month) and one-time credit packs are billed through Stripe. Prices include applicable taxes where shown.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Monthly credits do not roll over. Purchased one-time credit packs are consumable digital content delivered immediately, so they are non-refundable once used.

We work to keep VYBE available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the outcome of your dating decisions, conversations or meetings. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using VYBE and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, or where required by law.
